Why we ask
Fraudsters often buy hosting with stolen cards to send spam or host fake login pages. Checking every customer once keeps our servers and IP addresses clean and protects you from chargebacks.
How to verify
- After payment, open the client area. A Verify your identity task appears on your Home page.
- Add your mobile number and billing address.
- Upload a passport, Omani ID / resident card or national ID.
- Upload a proof of address less than 3 months old, such as a utility bill, bank statement or tenancy contract.
- Submit. Most checks are done within a few hours and we email you the result.
Use clear photos or plain scans (JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF) with all four corners visible. Documents are encrypted and seen only by our compliance team.
