The most common reasons:

• Photo is blurry, cropped or has glare — all four corners must be visible
• Document is expired
• Proof of address is older than 3 months or doesn’t show your name
• Name doesn’t match your account

Upload a new file from التحقق. PDFs with forms or scripts are not accepted — use a photo or a plain scan.
