These terms apply to customers who promote SafaHost using their personal referral link (the “Partner Programme”), in addition to our Terms of Service.
- Commission. For each payment made by a customer who signs up through your link, you earn 50% of our profit on that payment. Profit means the amount paid excluding VAT, minus registrar or licence costs, an allowance for server and delivery costs, and card processing fees. Commissions apply to first orders and renewals while the customer remains active and the programme runs.
- Attribution. A referral is credited when the customer opens your link and creates a new account within 60 days on the same browser. The last partner link used before sign-up wins. Existing customers, and accounts you open for yourself or people at the same business, are not eligible.
- Holding period and payouts. Commissions are held for 30 days to cover refunds and chargebacks, then become available. You can request a bank transfer once at least 10 OMR is available; we aim to pay, usually within 7 working days. Refunded, charged-back or fraudulent payments cancel the related commission, including after payout (we may deduct it from future earnings).
- Allowed promotion. Use our official banners and captions or your own honest content. You must not spam, use misleading claims or prices, impersonate SafaHost, bid on our brand name in paid search ads, use cookie stuffing or incentivised clicks, or promote us on sites with illegal or adult content. Clearly mark paid or affiliate content where the law or the platform requires it.
- Taxes. You are responsible for any tax on your commissions in your country.
- Changes and termination. We may change commission rates, terms or the programme with notice on this page; changes apply to payments made after the change. We may suspend a partner account and withhold unpaid commissions for breach of these terms or fraud.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
