Reset the SFTP password

1. Open Hosting and click your website.
2. Click Reset SFTP password.
3. The new password appears under Access details a moment later.
4. Update the saved password in FileZilla or your other SFTP app.

Reset the database password

1. On the same page, click Reset database password.
2. The new password appears under Access details.
3. If WordPress was installed with our one-click installer or came with your plan, its `wp-config.php` file is updated automatically, so your site keeps working.
4. For other apps, put the new password in the app's own configuration file.

For your security, we never send passwords by email.
