How renewals work, and when services are suspended

Renewal timeline

1. 14 days before the due date we create a renewal invoice and email it to you.
2. We send reminders until it is paid.
3. On the due date the invoice becomes overdue if it is still unpaid.
4. 5 days after the due date an unpaid service is suspended. Your website goes offline, but your files are kept.
5. Pay the invoice to unsuspend the service. It usually comes back within minutes.
6. Services that stay unpaid for 30 days after the due date are deleted and cannot be restored.

Tips

• See your next renewal on your Home page and on each service.
• Domains that are not renewed in time stop working and can be lost to someone else. Renew them early.
• Keep your own copy of your website, as shared hosting does not include daily backups.
