Renewals, cancellations and refunds

  • Renewal invoices are issued 14 days before the due date and we email reminders.
  • Services are suspended 5 days after an unpaid due date and deleted after 30 days.
  • New hosting customers can cancel within 30 days for a full refund. Domains, SSL and licences are not refundable.
