Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

New customers may cancel shared Linux, Windows, WordPress, CMS, Node.js and Python hosting within thirty (30) days of activation for a full refund of the hosting fee for the first term.

2. Not refundable

• Domain registrations, renewals and transfers (paid to the registry once processed);
• SSL certificates once issued; software licences (cPanel, Plesk, Windows, CloudLinux and similar);
• VPS and AI-agent servers after seven (7) days from activation;
• setup, migration and clean-up fees once work has started; add-ons already used;
• renewal payments, except where the renewal is cancelled within seven (7) days and the service was not used after the renewal date;
• services terminated for breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, or orders cancelled for failed or fraudulent verification (third-party costs are deducted).

3. Free items

If a plan included a free domain and is refunded, the regular price of the domain is deducted from the refund; the domain remains yours.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method within fourteen (14) working days of approval. Bank transfer refunds are made to an account in the customer’s name.

5. Cancelling

Request cancellation from the service page or by ticket. You can cancel at the end of the term (no further charges) or immediately (service and data are removed).

6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect rights you have under the Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree 66/2014) and its Executive Regulation that cannot be excluded by contract.
