Close your account or request your data

To close your account, or to ask for a copy of your personal data or its deletion, contact our legal team through a ticket.

1. Sign in and open التذاكر in the sidebar.
2. Open a new ticket with a subject such as Account closure أو Data request.
3. Say clearly what you want: close the account, get a copy of your data, or delete your data.
4. Send the ticket from the account it is about, so we know the request is really from you.

Before you close your account

• Download any invoices you need for your records.
• Copy your website files and database with SFTP. Services are removed when the account is closed.
• Transfer any domains you want to keep to another registrar, or to another SafaHost account.

Some records, such as paid invoices, must be kept for the period required by law even after closure.
