To report spam, phishing, malware, copyright infringement or illegal content hosted on our network, email [email protected] with:

• the URL(s), IP address or domain involved;
• evidence (full email headers for spam, screenshots, logs with timestamps and time zone);
• for copyright or trademark claims: proof of your rights and a statement that the use is not authorised.

Existing customers can also open a ticket in the “Abuse report” department. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours. Phishing, malware and child-abuse material are handled with highest priority. Law-enforcement requests: [email protected].
