New customers can cancel shared hosting within 30 days of their first payment and get a full refund.
How to ask for a refund
- Open التذاكر in the sidebar and open a new ticket.
- اختر the hosting service and write that you want to cancel and get a refund.
- We refund to the card you paid with. Your bank may take several working days to show it.
What is not refundable
- Domain names, because the registration is paid to the registry at once.
- SSL certificates and licences.
- Renewals, and services used after the 30-day period.
Cancel without a refund
To stop a service at the end of its term, simply do not pay the renewal invoice, or open a ticket and ask us to cancel it.
