Reset a forgotten password

1. Go to the sign-in page and click Forgot password.
2. Enter the email address of your account and submit the form.
3. If an account exists for that email, we send you a reset link. The link works for 30 minutes and can be used once.
4. Open the link, choose a new strong password and save it.
5. Sign in with your new password.

Tips

• Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive.
• After too many wrong attempts, sign-in is paused for 15 minutes. Resetting your password is the quickest way back in.
• If you signed up with Google, you can always use المتابعة باستخدام Google instead.
